TOPIC: Consumer List - Demographics
Once you have a geographic area chosen, expand the demographic section to narrow your list further.

Demographics are optional. The only required item in a consumer search is one geographic criteria.
Once expanded you will be presented with the following demographics:

- Gender – To target prospects by gender select male, female or unknown. Multiple categories may be selected. Leaving this select blank will automatically select all.
- Age – Select the age range to be targeted by checking the boxes of applicable ages. Multiple boxes may be selected to target more than one age group.
- Estimated Household Income – Target households that earn a specific yearly income by checking the boxes in front of the group you would like to focus upon. Multiple boxes may be checked to expand the number of prospects included.
- Length of Residence – Find prospects by the number of years they have lived in their home. In the first drop down box, select the minimum number of years you would like your prospects to have lived in their home. In the second drop down box, select the maximum number of years that the prospects will have lived in their home. The searchable length of residence must fall between 1 and 99 years.
- Estimated Home Value – Select prospects that live in a home valued within a particular price range. Click the check box in front of the price range that most closely captures the group to be targeted. More than one range may be selected by checking multiple boxes.
- Home Owner Confirmed – Determine whether the prospects targeted in your search are confirmed homeowners. Select the check box in front of the group you would like to target: Confirmed Home Owner for individuals who are a confirmed homeowner or Probable Renters for individuals that are not confirmed homeowners. By not selecting either box, all individuals will be included in the search, regardless of whether they are the homeowner or not.
- Dwelling Units – Select the number of dwelling units within the buildings that will be targeted by clicking the checkbox in front of the applicable numbers. 1 indicates a single family dwelling unit, 2 indicates a duplex, etc up to buildings with 100+ individual units.
- Adults Per Household – Select the number of adults that reside at the address that is returned. Multiple boxes may be checked.
Leaving any of these selects BLANK will automatically select all criteria contained within that section.
