TOPIC: Running A List Count
In order to see how many prospects are on your list you must click the RUN COUNT button located at the lower right of all the search criteria pages.

You also have the choice to START OVER (which removes all search criteria and takes you back to the list type selection page) or SAVE SEARCH (explained in this section).
Only click RUN COUNT once, it may take a few moments depending on your list size.
Your list count will be shown with the following options:

- Output List - All records will be moved on to the purchase portion of the process.
- Select A Subset - Pare your list down to a more manageable size by choosing every 3rd, 4th, etc records to output or randomly choose the number to be carried to output.
- Summarize Count - A count may be summarized to break it down by County, City, Zip, City within a County, Zip within a County and Zip within a City.
- Preview List - All records matching your selected criteria will be displayed with each geographic and demographic quality included. 100 records will appear on the first page. You may view additional records by moving from page to page using the page numbers located underneath the returned records.
- Save Search - This will allow you to save the criteria entered in the previous screens. You will be prompted to give the search a unique name and may return at a later time under My Account to make changes to the search or output the records.
- Go Back - This allows you to return to your previous page. DO NOT USE THE BACK BUTTON IN YOUR BROWSER.
