TOPIC: Select A Subset Of Your List
Once you've ran your count, you may choose to select a subset of your list to output if the count is too large and you need to pare it down to a more manageable size.
There are three options:
- Select individual records for output - Choose this if you would like to preview your data and select records one by one.
- Randomly select x records for output - Enter the number of records you want to output. They will be chosen randomly from your current count.
- Select ever x record for output - Enter a number to have every xth record added to an output list. Enter 5 to select every fifth record, 11 to select every eleventh record, etc.
"Select individual records for output" is the same as Previewing Your List.
